SHIPPING

The James Store ships via USPS Priority Mail and packages typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days. However, delivery times can vary-- especially based upon the destination country.

SHIPPING RATES

We offer FREE SHIPPING to all continental U.S. addresses, Alaska and Hawaii.
Canada = $15
Australia & New Zealand = $32
All other countries = $25
Note: NYDJ Not Your Daughters Jeans can be shipped *only* to U.S. addresses. (This is NYDJ policy, and we apologize for any inconvenience.)

In some cases, when we are out of stock in our store, we will special order items from the manufacturer. Typically, the items arrive in our store quickly within 3 to 4 business days, and then we ship to you immediately. In these cases, your items will still arrive at your shipping address within 7 to 14 business days. Delays may occur, but we strive to keep you updated on your order status.

Please understand that we are a small boutique in Granville, Ohio. We have been in business for over 60 years, and have always tried to ensure that each of our customers is satisfied. We strive to make this the case for online orders as well. Occasionally, delays will occur and we will try to keep you abreast of any that come up. RETURNS

Merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt provided:

The items are returned in new condition with tags intact
the original receipt is included
the return package is postmarked no later than 14 days after the package receipt date.

Please do not return items if these 3 conditions are not met.
